| The Ring-Billed Gull is a medium sized gull (Family: Laridae,
Order: Charandriiformes) found near water, quite often in large
flocks. The gulls are found near human residence and are known for
its adaptations to man-induced habitat changes. The name Ring-Billed
Gull comes from the black band on its bill. It has a white body and
gray wings.
